It depends on your goals. To apply for jobs abroad, you must have at least a Plus Two or a minimum of an SLC. However, if you plan to work in a care home in Nepal, completing class 8 can be sufficient, but you must be able to read and write.
However, if you plan to apply for a caregiver position in Japan, you will need to pass the N5 & N4 Japanese language exams, as well as the caregiver course skill test. Under SLC can apply for this position.

Caregiver course at our Caregiver Academia™ starts from a minimum of 60 hours to 600 hours. For Diploma in Aged Care or Caregiving and Certified Nursing Assistant CNA the course duration will be 900 hours.

Yes, We have a Diploma in Agecare and Diploma in Caregiving Certificate is of 660 hours. How every our shortest course for Canadian Certificate is 135 hours. Certification will be from CTEVT, Nepal & Skill Development Council, Canada.
Yes, we do have a Diploma in Aged Care and Diploma in Caregiving Certificate Level IV, 774 hours and a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA of 900 hours.
However, our shortest course for Europe starts from 135 hours.
